The bag clamp maintenance loop allows for cleaning and maintenance of the bag clamp without stopping production, letting the poucher continue running while bag clamps leave the racetrack for cleaning or repair. Dynamic product settling mimics human-like pouch settling motion, utilizing the independently controlled bag clamps featured on the magnetic track.

The MAG Series FFS is a horizontal form fill seal solution, featuring the latest magnetic linear technology. This system has independently controlled double pouch clamps and seal bars for maximum flexibility. By pressing one button, pouch formats are changed, reducing changeover time between simplex and duplex operation.

The FLtècnics 2.2 robust and versatile machine can pack products in stand-up pouches or big sachets and uses walking beam technology with fast changeover. All types of fitments (spouts, zipper, shapes, etc.) can be added to this series, making it a unique and reliable packaging solution for daily production and the most demanding packaging conditions. They can be configured in simplex, duplex, or triplex to achieve the desired speed up to 160 ppm, and for volumes up to 4 liters.
